Weddings and private events are permitted on our farm; however, they are not included in your overnight fee on this platform. We are the neighborhood. You have nearly 30 acres to roam and enjoy. There are many restaurants within 5 miles as well as shopping centers, Walmart and a hospital. We are the perfect spot to be in the country and relax and have all the conveniences of the city life.

Guests have full access to the farm and its many features, including: - Private 2-acre pond for fishing (no license required) - Fresh eggs from the chicken coop - Black Angus cattle grazing the hillside - Scenic decks and porches for morning coffee or evening relaxation - Basketball, corn hole, ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard at The Milkhouse - Large gas fire pit on the front porch for gathering with family and friends

We recommend a car for travel to the lake or nearby shopping. We recommend pontoon boat rental from Black Oak Marina on Cherokee Lake (5 miles away) for the day. Another option is to go to Douglas Lake (15 miles away) for the day. There are several boat rental options there as well.
