Shawn’s got a fantastic spot. Everything inside is up to date and high functioning. Property & farm are beautiful. They also make a killer gelato (try the caramel if you get the chance). Great communication from the host. Location is a perfect in between for visiting many nearby locations: downtown Knoxville, Morristown, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg. Will be staying here again on both work & personal visits!

This Airbnb absolutely blew my fiancé and I away. We stopped here while traveling long distance as a halfway point and what we thought would be just a place to stay, turned into a romantic getaway. We can’t stop talking about how wonderful the stay was. They had fresh gelato in the freezer, robes for us to put on, probably the most comfortable bed I have felt in a rental, and the views are amazing. We had so much fun checking out the farm, feeding the highland cows, eating breakfast outside as the sun rose. 100/10 would recommend and we are already talking about when we could come back again for a romantic getaway. (Also very family friendly) Spotlessly clean, everything is clearly labeled and very easy to find. Hands down the nicest air bnb we have been to ever!!

Shawn’s place is super cute, comfy, and clean! The views were stunning. We didn’t have the opportunity to collect eggs or flowers but love the idea of those being available. There was gelato in the freezer upon arrival as well as a well stalked coffee bar. In the words of my daughter, “They thought of everything!” A must stay!

Loved this gem of a place! Unfortunately, we were in town for a horse show, so we really didn't get to experience too much of the farm, but everything we did experience was exceptional. Everything you could possibly need was accounted for, and done extremely well. The bed was SUPER comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. The ONE bite of gelato that my husband gave me was really good, and a sweet treat. Won't hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in the area for games at UT which was about a 30 minute drive. The Airbnb was one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at as it had everything you needed for a few days away from home.

Super cute place to stay. The farm is beautiful and so fun to walk around. We loved seeing the cows! The Barndo is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful, perfect place for a family get away! Shawn was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for local places. All the kids loved the gelato!!

We enjoyed are one night stay at Shawn's place. Way better than staying at a hotel! Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen, delicious Gelato, toiletries provided in case you forget yours. Would definitely recommend if visiting the area!
